Founded in 2000 by a Registered Dental Hygienist, HealthStaff has been providing staffing support to hundreds of dental professionals throughout the Midwest for over 22 years - proudly serving dental communities in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Texas.
WHAT WE DO
Our Team
Our field staff include Front Desk Personnel, Dental Assistants, Registered Dental Hygienists and Dentists. Our employee’s files are kept up-to-date with copies of the most current legal documents such as licenses, CPR certificates and other applicable documentation.
W-2 Employment
As a W-2 employer, our employees are covered under our liability, workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance. We absorb employer tax burdens so our clients don’t have to. We offer competitive rates and weekly billing, and there is NO registration fee.
Temporary Staffing Solutions
HealthStaff provides temporary staff to cover pre-planned vacations, maternity leaves, emergencies, or sick leave. Utilizing our highly skilled dental professionals will allow you to avoid cancelling appointments that would otherwise result in a loss in production.
Temp-to-Hire
HealthStaff facilitates temp-to-hire employment, giving our clients the ability to evaluate a potential employee's performance, as well as how well they might acclimate to office culture before committing to an employment agreement.
